نقش پایگاه‌های هویت، شبکه‌ها و رسانه‌های اجتماعی در علائم بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در ‏دختران

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش پایگاه‌های هویت، شبکه‌ها و رسانه‌های اجتماعی در علائم بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در ‏دختران بود.‏
روش: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد خوی در سال ‏تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 320 نفر تعیین شد که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای ‏چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل: فرم اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی، پرسشنامه حالات هویت خود (بنیون و آدامز، ‏‏1986)، مقیاس استفاده از رسانه‌های اجتماعی (تیوک و تامپسون، 2023) و مقیاس اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری بدن (هانلی و ‏همکاران، 2020) بودند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد.‏
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که پراکندگی هویت و وقفه هویت با علائم بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در دختران رابطه مثبت و معنادار ‏داشتند (001‏P</0‎‏)، اما کسب هویت و ضبط هویت با آن رابطه معناداری نداشتند (05‏P>0/‎‏). علاوه بر آن، همه مولفه‌های ‏شبکه‌ها و رسانه‌های اجتماعی شامل تصویر بدن، مقایسه، اعتقاد و مصرف با علائم بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در دختران رابطه مثبت ‏و معنادار داشتند (05‏P<0/‎‏). همچنین، پایگاه‌های هویت و مولفه‌های شبکه‌ها و رسانه‌های اجتماعی توانستند به‌ترتیب 9 درصد و ‏‏27 درصد از تغییرهای علائم بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در دختران را پیش‌بینی نمایند (0/001‏P<‎‏).‏
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، پایگاه‌های هویت و شبکه‌ها و رسانه‌های اجتماعی نقش معناداری در پیش‌بینی علائم ‏بدریخت‌انگاری بدن در دختران دارند و می‌توانند موجب افزایش بدریخت‌انگاری بدن شوند. بنابراین، نتایج به‌دست‌آمده می‌تواند ‏جهت آگاه‌سازی والدین از طریق برنامه‌های آموزشی مبتنی پایگاه‌های هویت، شبکه‌ها و رسانه‌های اجتماعی بر تلویحات ‏کاربردی زیادی داشته باشد.‏

Introduction: The present research aimed to determine the role of identity status and ‎social media and ‎networks in the body dysmorphic symptoms(BDS) in girls.‎
Method: This research was descriptive from correlational type. The research population ‎was female ‎Khoy IAU students in the 2023-2024 ‎academic years. The sample size based on the Krejcie and Morgan ‎table was determined ‎‎320 people, selected by multistage cluster sampling method. Research ‎tools ‎included: demographic information form, ego identity status questionnaire (Bennion & ‎Adams, ‎‎1986), social media use scale (Tuck & Thompson, 2023) and body dysmorphic ‎disorder scale (Hanley et ‎al., 2020). For data analysis used from Pearson's correlation ‎coefficients and multiple regression ‎methods.‎
Results: The results showed that identity diffusion and identity moratorium had a positive ‎and ‎significant relationship with BDS in girls (P<0.001), but ‎identity achievement and identity foreclosure ‎had no significant relationship with it ‎‎(P>0.05). In addition, all components of social media and ‎networks including body image, ‎comparison, belief and consumption had a positive and significant ‎relationship with BDS in girls (P<0.05). Also, identity status and components of social ‎media and ‎networks were able to predict 9% and 27% of the changes in BDS in girls, respectively (P<0.001).‎
Conclusion: According to the results of the study, identity status and social media and ‎networks play a ‎significant role in predicting BDS in girls and ‎can lead to increasing BDS. Therefore, the obtained results ‎can have many ‎practical implications for informing parents through educational programs based ‎on ‎identity status and social media and networks.‎
