رابطه ی حساسیت اضطرابی، اجتناب تجربی و تاب آوری با اضطراب امتحان در دانش آموزان

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه­ حساسیت اضطرابی، اجتناب تجربی و تاب­آوری با اضطراب امتحان در دانش­آموزان بود.




روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه­ی آماری شامل کلیه­ی دانش­آموزان پسر پایه­ی دوازدهم ناحیه­ی یک اهواز در سال تحصیلی 95-94 بود. از بین آن­ها نمونه­ای به حجم 103 نفر به صورت تصادفی  مرحله ای انتخاب شد و به چهار مقیاس حساسیت اضطرابی نوجوانان دیکون و الن تینر، پرسشنامه­ی پذیرش و عمل بوند و همکاران، پرسشنامه­ی تاب­آوری کانر و دیویدسون، و مقیاس اضطراب امتحان ، پاسخ دادند.




یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین حساسیت اضطرابی و اجتناب تجربی با اضطراب امتحان رابطه­ی مثبت معنی­داری وجود دارد. در صورتی که بین تاب­آوری با اضطراب امتحان رابطه­ی منفی معنی­دار وجود دارد. اجتناب تجربی بیشترین قدرت پیش­بینی را برای اضطراب امتحان دارد.  هر سه متغیر پیش بین 49 درصد واریانس اضطراب امتحان را تبیین می کند.




نتیجه­گیری: بر اساس یافته­های حاصل از پژوهش اجتناب تجربی یک پیش­بین کننده­ی قوی اضطراب امتحان است. بنابراین  پیشنهاد می شود تا اجتناب تجربی در افراد دارای اضطراب امتحان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between anxiety sensitivity, experiential avoidance and resiliency with test anxiety in male students.




Method: By a correlational design among statistical population including all male students of  12th  grade in the academic year 2015-2016 of the 1st  region of Ahvaz city a total sample of 103 male students were randomly selected, and asked to complete 3 scales of Anxiety Sensitivity Scale, Acceptance and Action Scale,  Resilience Scale, as well as, Test Anxiety Inventory.




Results: The results showed a significant positive relationship for anxiety sensitivity and experiential avoidance with test anxiety, as well as, a significant negative relationship for test anxiety and resiliency in students. Experiential avoidance was the best predictor of the test anxiety in students. All 3 predictor variables culd predict 49 percent of test anxiety in students.




Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research could be concluded that the experiential avoidance was  the strong predictor of the test anxiety. Hence the consideration of experintial avoidance into acount in students with test anxiety is recommended.
