اثربخشی اپلیکیشن تمرین کنترل بازداری نسبت به خوراکی‌های شیرین (SF-ICT) بر میزان انتخاب و مصرف خوراکی‌های شیرین

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، معرفی مبانی نظری و مراحل ساخت و اثربخشی برنامه آموزش کنترل بازداری نسبت به خوراکی‌های شیرین بود که برای اولین بار در قالب یک اپلیکیشن موبایل و با هدف کاهش انتخاب و مصرف خوراکی‌های شیرین برای کودکان طراحی شد.
روش: در این پژوهش از روش پژوهشی مطالعه موردی با طرح A-B-A استفاده شده است. ابتدا از بین کودکان دبستانی مبتلا به چاقی افراطی در شهر سمنان، 3 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ارزیابی‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه هوس غذایی، آزمون انتخاب خوراکی و آزمون طعم جعلی انجام شد. سپس، جلسات مداخله به‌صورت7 جلسه آموزش انفرادی انجام گرفت و دو ماه بعد از پایان مداخله، پیگیری انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل دیداری نمودارها و شاخص روند، ثبات، درصد داده‌های غیرهمپوش و همپوش و اندازه اثر استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: آموزش کنترل بازداری از طریق این اپلیکیشن موبایل، نه تنها بر کاهش میزان هوس کودکان نسبت به خوراکی‌های شیرین تأثیر داشته است (1/16=d)، بلکه منجر به کاهش انتخاب (1/48=d) و مصرف این گونه خوراکی‌ها (1/48=d) نیز شده است. اثرات آموزش بر میزان هوس (1/71=d) و انتخاب خوراکی (1/99=d) در طول زمان تداوم داشتند، هر چند تداوم اثرات بر مصرف این خوارکی‌ها (0/37=d) ضعیف بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تأیید‌کننده اثربخشی این برنامه، به عنوان یک ابزار پیشگیری و درمانی کم هزینه و کوتاه برای کاهش اشتیاق و انتخاب و مصرف غذاهای شیرین بود.

Introduction: The aim of the present study was to introduce the theoretical bases and stages of the development and effectiveness of Sweet Foods Specific-Inhibitory Control Training. This training was first designed as a mobile app to reduce the sweet foods choice and intake among children.
Method: A single subject study with A-B-A design was used. Three primary school children with extreme obesity were selected by purposeful sampling. Measurement were performed using Food Craving Questionnaire-Reduced, Bogus Taste Test and Food Intake Test. Then, the intervention sessions were conducted in 7 sessions of individual training and follow-up was completed two months later. Visual analysis of graphs, trend index, stability, percentage of non-overlapping and overlapping data and effect size were used for data analysis.
Results: The results showed that inhibition control training through this mobile application not only reduced the children's craving for sweet foods (d = 1.16), but also reduced the sweet food choice (d = 1.48) and sweet food intake (d = 1.48).
Conclusion: The results confirm the effectiveness of this application as a low-cost, short-term preventive and therapeutic tool for reducing craving, sweet food choice and intake among children.
