اثربخشی واقعیت ‌درمانی بر افسردگی پس از زایمان و علائم استرس پس از سانحه در زنان با زایمان طبیعی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی واقعیت ­درمانی بر افسردگی پس از زایمان و علائم استرس پس از سانحه در زنان با زایمان طبیعی انجام‌ شد.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه­ آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش ­آزمون و پس­ آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش زنان تحت پوشش مرکز بهداشت شماره 2 مشهد که دارای تجربه زایمان طبیعی و در پی آن علایم استرس پس از سانحه و افسردگی پس از زایمان داشتند، بودند. از بین این افراد 30 نفر به صورت نمونه­ گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارش شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه تحت مداخله واقعیت درمانی قرار گرفت. بعد از مداخله هر دو گروه مجددا پرسشنامه­ های استرس پس از سانحه و افسردگی پس از زایمان را تکمیل نمودند. داده­ ها با استفاده از نرم­ افزار SPSS نسخه 24 و روش تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد واقعیت ­درمانی بر برکاهش افسردگی پس از زایمان و علائم استرس پس از سانحه تأثیر معناداری دارد.
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به شیوع افسردگی و استرس پس از زایمان و نتایج پژوهش حاضر در کاهش افسردگی و استرس پس از سانحه پیشنهاد می ­شود در مراکز درمانی و خانه­ های بهداشت از واقعیت ­درمانی به عنوان مداخله­ای اثربخش استفاده شود.

Abstract
Introduction: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of reality therapy on postpartum depression and post-traumatic stress symptoms in women with Natural childbirth.
Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental study using pre-test and post-test design with experimental and control groups.
The statistical population of this study was women of Health Center No. 2 in Mashhad who experienced natural childbirth and subsequently had symptoms of post-traumatic stress and postpartum depression. Among these people, 30 people were selected by purposive sampling and assigned to experimental and control groups.
The experimental group underwent reality therapy intervention for 8 sessions. After the intervention, both groups completed the post-traumatic stress and postpartum depression questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 24 and analysis of covariance.
Results: Findings showed that reality therapy has a significant effect on reducing postpartum depression and post-traumatic stress symptoms.
Conclusion: Considering the prevalence of postpartum depression and stress and the results of the present study on reducing depression and post-traumatic stress, it is suggested that reality therapy be used as an effective intervention in medical centers and health centers.
