مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مثبت‌نگری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سرخوردگی زناشویی، اسنادهای ارتباطی و تمایزیافتگی خود در مراجعین به مراکز روان‌شناختی شهر بهبهان

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثر بخشی آموزش مثبت نگری و مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر ، سرخوردگی زناشویی، اسنادهای ارتباطی و تمایزیافتگی خود در افراد مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر بهبهان بود.
روش: طرح پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون_ پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. حجم نمونه 45 فرد متأهل که از جامعه مذکور، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در گروه های چهار گانه گمارده شدند (هر گروه 15 نفر). ابزارهای پژوهشی مورد استفاده شامل مقیاس اسناد ارتباطی (RAM)، ، پرسشنامه سرخوردگی زناشویی کایزر و پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی خود اسکورن و فریدلندر بود. گروه آزمایشی مثبت‌نگری 12 جلسه و گروه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد 10 جلسه درمان دریافت کردند. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیری و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد دو رویکرد درمانی در مرحله پس‌آزمون بر اسنادهای ارتباطی علی و مسئولیت پذیری، ، سرخوردگی زناشویی و تمایزیافتگی خود تأثیر معناداری داشته و منجر به بهبود این متغیرها در گروه های آزمایشی شدند مقایسه ی تطبیقی بین دو رویکرد آموزش مثبت نگری و مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد نشان داد که در متغیر تمایزیافتگی خود تفاوت معناداری به نفع درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد مشاهده شد. نتایج به دست آمده مبنی بر اثربخشی دو رویکرد مذکور به تفصیل مورد بحث قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مثبت‌نگری و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد باعث بهبود سرخوردگی زناشویی، اسنادهای علی، اسنادهای مسئولیت و تمایزیافتگی خود افراد متأهل می شود.

چکیده [English]

Introductio: The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of Positive Thinking Education, and Based on Acceptance and Commitment Treatment on Marital Disaffection, Communication Attributions and Self-Differentiation in people visiting Behbahan city counseling centers.
Method: The research design was a semi-experimental pre-test and post-test-follow-up experiment with the control group. The sample size of 45 married people from the mentioned community was selected by Judgment sampling method and randomly assigned to tree groups (15 people per group). The research instruments used included the Relationship Attributions Scale (RAM), the Kaiser Marital Disaffection Scale (MDS), and the Skorown Friedlander Differentiation of Self Inventory. The Positive Thinking Education group received 12 sessions, and the Based on Acceptance and Commitment Treatment Group received 10 sessions. Multivariate and Univariate covariance analysis and Benfroni post hoc test were used to analyze the data.
Results: The findings showed that all two postoperative therapeutic approaches had a significant effect on causal and responsible relationship attributions, Marital Disaffection and Self-Differentiation, and led to improvements in experimental groups. a comparative comparison between the two approaches of positive thinking education and based on acceptance and commitment treatment showed that there was a significant difference in the variable of self-differentiation in favor of treatment based on acceptance and commitment. The results of the three approaches were discussed in detail.
Conclusions: positive thinking education and Based on Acceptance and Commitment Treatment improves marital disaffection, causal attribution, responsibility attribution, and self-differentiation in married individuals.
