ارایه مدل علی اختلال وسواسی- بی اختیاری نوجوانان بر اساس انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی و فراشناخت با نقش واسطه ای ذهن آگاهی

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلال وسواسی- بی‌اختیاری یکی از اختلال‌های شایع روانشناختی است که در نوجوانان شیوع نسبتاً بالایی دارد. این اختلال هزینه‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی بسیاری را برای افراد مبتلا و جامعه ایجاد می‌کند و بر کارکردهای اجتماعی، تحصیلی و شغلی این افراد تأثیر می‌گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین علائم اختلال وسواسی- بی‌اختیاری بر اساس انعطاف‌پذیری روان‌شناختی و باورهای فراشناخت با نقش واسطه‌ای ذهن‌آگاهی انجام گرفته است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر مقطعی و از نوع همبستگی بود. 225 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر و پسر مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان الشتر در سال تحصیلی 98-1397با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارجمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه فراشناخت، پرسش‌نامه وسواسی- بی‌اختیاری، پرسش‌نامه پذیرش و عمل و پرسش‌نامه ذهن‌آگاهی بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: ارزیابی مدل، نشان از برازش قابل قبول مدل فرضی داشت. نتایج تحلیل مدل نشان داد متغیرهای پیشبین انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و باورهای فراشناخت به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم با میانجی‌گری ذهن‌آگاهی بر نشانه‌های اختلال وسواسی- بی‌اختیاری دارای تاثیر معنادار بودند (01/0>p ). همچنین متغیر ذهن‌آگاهی دارای تاثیر مستقیم و معنادار بر اختلال وسواسی- بی‌اختیاری بود (01/0>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی و تعدیل باورهای فراشناخت ناکارآمد می‌توانند نشانه‌های وسواس را کاهش دهد و در این بین ذهن‌آگاهی به عنوان متغیر میانجی بخشی از فرایند اثرگذاری در کاهش نشانه‌های وسواس است.

چکیده [English]

introduction: Obsessive-compulsive disorder is one of the most common psychological disorders in adolescents with a relatively high prevalence. This disorder causes a lot of social and economic costs for the affected people and society and affects their social, educational and occupational functions. The aim of this study was to explain the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder based on psychological flexibility and metacognitive beliefs with the mediating role of mindfulness.
Method: The present study was cross-sectional and correlational. 225 male and female high school students in Aleshtar city in the academic year 1397-98 were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. Data collection tools were metacognition questionnaire, obsessive-compulsive disorder questionnaire, acceptance and practice questionnaire and mindfulness questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equations were used to analyze the findings.
Results: The evaluation of the model showed the acceptable fit of the hypothetical model.The results of model analysis showed that the predictor variables of psychological flexibility and metacognitive beliefs were directly and indirectly mediated by the awareness of mindfulness on the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder had a significant effect (p <0.01). Also, the variable of mindfulness had a direct and significant effect on obsessive-compulsive disorder (p <0.01).
Conclusion: The results indicate that psychological flexibility and adjustment of dysfunctional metacognitive beliefs can reduce the symptoms of obsession, and Meanwhile, mindfulness as a mediating variable is part of the process of reducing obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
