مقایسه اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی بر اساس دو رویکرد واقعیت‌درمانی و طرحواره‌درمانی بر تمـایزیافتگی خود در زنان وابستـه

چکیده


مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی دو رویکرد واقعیت‌درمانی و طرحواره‌درمانی بر تمایزیافتگی خود در زنان وابسته بود.
روش: طرح تحقیق کاربندی بالینی کنترل شده انتخاب شد. از میان جامعه آماری زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره مشهد در سال 1400 با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، 24 زن وابسته انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی، در سه گروه طرحواره درمانی، واقعیت درمانی و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. دو گروه‌ آزمایشی، مداخلاتی مبنی بر 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای به مدت 1 ماه دریافت کردند، درحالی که گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار باقی ماند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی اسکورن و فریدلندر و پرسشنامه وابستگی به دیگران استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیری استفاده گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد هر دو رویکرد درمانی در مرحله پس آزمون بر تمایزیافتگی خود تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته اند. مطابق مقایسه تطبیقی بین دو مشاوره گروهی، طرحواره‌درمانی، اثربخشی بیشتری از واقعیت درمانی بر تمایزیافتگی داشته است. همچنین، استفاده از این رویکردها تأثیر معناداری بر گسلش عاطفی نداشته است.
نتیجه گیری: واقعیت درمانی به دلیل تأکید بر مسئولیت‌پذیری، و طرحواره‌درمانی به جهت شناسایی ریشه‌های مشکلات و ایجاد خودمختاری، هر دو باعث بهبود تمایزیافتگی خود در زنان وابسته می‌گردند.
