اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر طرحواره درمانی هیجانی آنلاین بر تحمل پریشانی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان دانشجویان مبتلا به اختلال سازگاری ناشی از شکست عاطفی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی هیجانی آنلاین بر تحمل پریشانی و راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان دانشجویان مبتلا به اختلال سازگاری ناشی از شکست عاطفی صورت گرفت.
روش: با استفاده از یک مطالعه کارآزمایی کنترل شده تصادفی بصورت آنلاین از بین  دانشجویان چهار دانشگاه  کشور با تجربه شکست عاطفی در سال 1399، یک نمونه 30 نفره دچار اختلال سازگاری انتخاب شد و به دو گروه مساوی تقسیم شد. افراد نمونه در رده سنی 18 تا 38 سال  بودند که پس از پر کردن پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه الگوی جدید اختلال سازگاری و مصاحبه تشخیصی DSM-5 و با روش نمونه­ گیری هدفمند،  وارد پژوهش شدند. گروه آزمایش درمان طرحواره درمانی هیجانی آنلاین را به مدت 10 جلسه دریافت کردند، در حالیکه گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار باقی ماند. آزمودنی ­ها در طی سه مرحله پژوهش مقیاس  تحمل پریشانی(DTS) و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان(CERQ) را تکمیل کردند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس مختلط نشان­دهنده تفاوت معنی دار (0/05 >p) نمرات پس­ آزمون گروه­ آزمایش و گواه در متغیر های تحمل پریشانی و راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان بود.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که طرحواره­ درمانی هیجانی آنلاین می­تواند علائم ناشی از شکست ­عاطفی را کاهش دهد و  برای این افراد پیشنهاد می گردد.
