اثربخشی آموزش خودشفقتی شناختی در ولع مصرف، شدت وابستگی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی افراد وابسته به مواد

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش خودشفقتی شناختی در ولع مصرف، شدت وابستگی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی مردان وابسته به مواد بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر ‌نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون-پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را کلیه مردان وابسته به مواد ساکن کمپ‌های شبانه­روزی و مراکز  ترک اعتیاد شهر اردبیل در نیمه اول سال 1395 تشکیل ‌دادند که از میان آنها، تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. به گروه آزمایش خودشفقتی شناختی‏ به مدت 8 جلسه آموزش داده شد ولی گروه کنترل در فهرست انتظار بود و هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. برای جمع­آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس کوتاه ولع مصرف، شاخص شدت وابستگی و پرسش­نامه انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی استفاده شد. داده­های جمع­آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بعد از کنترل اثرات پیش‌آزمون، تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین پس‌آزمون دو گروه در ولع مصرف، شدت وابستگی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی وجود داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش خودشفقتی شناختی با تقویت نگرش مثبت نسبت به خود منجر به بهبود پیامدهای درمان وابستگی به مواد می­شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive self-compassion training on craving, dependence severity and cognitive flexibility ofindividual with substance dependency.
Method: The method of current research was semi-experimental and its design was pre-test and post-test with control group. Whole persons with substance dependency referring to Ardabil campuses and treatment centers of addiction in second half of year 2015, comprised statistical population of this research. Thirty personwere selected by cluster sampling method, and randomly assigned in experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. The experiment group was admitted to cognitive self-compassion in 8 sessions,while the control group placedin waiting list with no intervention. The short form of the Craving Scale, Dependence Severity Scale and Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire were used for data gathering. The collected data was analyzed by MultivariateAnalysis of Covariance (MANCOVA).
Results: Results were shown significant differences between two groups in posttest means of craving, dependence severity, and cognitive flexibility while controlling pretest effect.
Conclusion:It could be concluded that the cognitive self-compassion training improve the therapy outcomes of substance dependency due to promoting positive attitude to self.
