مداخله‌ای در عاطفه مثبت و منفی و استرس زناشویی زوجین در معرض طلاق شهر بوشهر: اثربخشی مدل امنیت هیجانی

چکیده

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به حضور نوسانات عاطفی و استرس زناشویی در زندگی زوجین در معرض طلاق، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدل امنیت هیجانی بر عاطفه مثبت و منفی و استرس زناشویی زوجین در معرض طلاق شهر بوشهر انجام گردید.
روش: در پژوهشی نیمه آزمایشی جامعه ی تحقیق شامل  تمام زوجین مراجعه ­کننده به دادگاه ­های شهر بوشهر برای طلاق در سال 1395 بود که 50 آزمودنی به شیوه نمونه ­گیری در دسترس انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند.  داده­ها  با مقیاس تجدید نظر شده استرس زناشویی(SMSS)  و مقیاس عواطف منفی و مثبت(SPANE)  جمع آوری و توسط کواریانس چندمتغیری (مانکوا) تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: راهبرد آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل امنیت هیجانی باعث کاهش معنادار عاطفه منفی و نیز استرس زناشویی زوجین گروه آزمایش شد (0/01≥p). اما برای عاطفه مثبت اثرات معنادار نبود.
نتیجه­ گیری: به طور کلی آموزش امنیت هیجانی می­تواند به کاهش استرس­های زناشویی و عاطفه منفی در زوجین دارای اختلاف زناشویی بیانجامد.  بر این اساس مشاوران و روانشناسان می‌توانند از این مدل جهت کاهش مشکلات زوجین درگیر مشکلات عاطفی و استرس بهره ­گیری کنند.

Abstract

Introduction: Considering to the presence of affective swings and stress in the lives of married couples facing divorce, the aim of present study was to investigate effectiveness of the Emotional Safety Model instruction on the positive and negative affects and marital stress of Bushehr’s coupleson the brink of divorce.

Method: The research method was quasi experimental. Population consisted all couples referred to courts in Bushehr for divorce, that the 50 participants selected by convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned to two groups of experimental and control(n=25). Data collected by Stockholm Marital Stress Scale – Tehran and Positive and Negative Affect Scale and analyzed by a MANCOVA analysis.

Results: Instructional strategy of Emotional Freedom was effective to decrease the negative effects, as well as, marital stress (p<0/01) in the couples of experimental group, whereas no significant effect found for positive affect.

Conclusion: In general, emotional safety training could decrease the marital stresses and negative affect in couples with marital problems. Hence, consultants and psychologists are recommended to use this model to reduce problems of couples involved in emotional and stress problems.
