اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر شفقت خود بر خود انتقادگری و اجتناب شناختی رفتاری در نوجوانان افسرده

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر شفقت خود بر خود انتقادگری و اجتناب شناختی رفتاری در نوجوانان  تا تشخیص افسرده بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع روش آزمایشی کنترل شده تصادفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه نوجوانان مبتلا به نشانه‌های افسردگی آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 4 شیراز که در سال 97-98 در مقطع تحصیلی دهم تا دوازدهم در حال تحصیل بودند، بود. از بین این افراد 30 نفر به صورت پس از غربال­گری بصورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. پرسشنامه سطوح خود انتقادگری ، پرسشنامه اجتناب شناختی - رفتاری و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک اجرا شدند. گروه آزمایش طی 8  جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش گروهی شفقت درمانی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها به کمک روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری و با استفاده از نرم ­افزار  SPSS-20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمرات خود انتقادگری و اجتناب شناختی - رفتاری در گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس­آزمون، نسبت به گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی‏داری داشت. گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معنی­ داری را در نمرات خود انتقادگری و اجتناب شناختی -رفتاری نشان دادند.
نتیجه­ گیری: این یافته‏ ها حاکی از آن است که آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر شفقت خود عامل تأثیرگذار مهمی بر کاهش مؤلفه‌های افسردگی شامل خود انتقادگری و اجتناب شناختی - رفتاری در نوجوانان است.

Abstract
Introduction: The persent study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of self compassion group training on self-criticism and cognitive- behavioral avoidance in adolescents with depression diagnosis.
Method: The present study was a randomized controlled experimental design. The statistical population consisted of all adolescents with depressive symptoms who were educated in the  region 4 of Shiraz, in the academic year 2019 at the 10th to 12th grade. Among these 30  students were selected through a purposive sampling procedure and then were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The Levels of Self-Critical scale, Cognitive-Behavioral Avoidance Scale and Beck Depression Inventory were performed. The experimental group received Compassionate Mind Training for eight 90-minutes sessions. Data were analyzed by multivariable analyze of covariance (MANCOVA) and using SPSS-20.
Results: Results indicated significant differences between two groups in self-criticism and cognitive-behavioral avoidance scores in the post-test (P≥0/001). The exprimental group showed a significant decrease in self-criticism and also in conitive-behavioral avoidance scores.
Conclusion: These findings suggested that group compassionate mind training as an important intervention in reducing self-criticism and cognitive-behavioral avoidance among adolescents.
