پیش‌بینی مشکلات خواب بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن با میانجی‌گری افسردگی و اضطراب

چکیده

مقدمه: کیفیت و طول خواب مناسب یک عامل تاثیر گذار مهم بر سلامت جسم و روان است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن با مشکلات خواب با میانجی گری افسردگی و اضطراب انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر با توجه به نحوه گرد آوری داده‌ها، جزء تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی بوده و با توجه به اهداف از نوع بنیادی است که در آن روابط متغیر ملاک و متغیرهای پیش‌بین بررسی شدند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر، در دوره دوم متوسطه کلاس یازدهم از رشته‌های مختلف شهرستان تبریز بود. حجم جامعه مورد نظر که به تعداد 9426 نفر بود بر اساس آن حجم نمونه به وسیله جدول مورگان به تعداد 373 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارتند از: پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پترزبورگ (PSQI)، پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی بزرگسالان هازن و شیور، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (BDI-II)، پرسشنامه اضطراب بک (BAI)، به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (معادلات ساختاری SEM) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: اثر دلبستگی اجتنابی و دوسوگرا بر افسردگی و اضطراب و مشکلات خواب با ضرایب بتای بالای 0/03 معنی‌دار است. اثر افسردگی و اضطراب بر مشکلات خواب با ضرایب بتای بالای 0/47 معنی‌دار است. اثر غیرمستقیم دلبستگی اجتنابی و دوسوگرا بر مشکلات خواب به واسطه افسردگی و اضطراب با ضرایب بتای بالای 0/15 معنی‌دار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد بین سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی و دوسوگرا با افسردگی و اضطراب رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین افسردگی و اضطراب با مشکلات خواب رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. افسردگی و اضطراب رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی و اضطراب را با مشکلات خواب میانجی گری می‌کند.

Introduction: The  sleep quality and duration are important factors influencing physical and mental health. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between insecure attachment styles and sleep problems considering the mediating role of depression and anxiety.
Method: The present study was conducted with a correlational method.  The study population of was female students in the second course of 11
th
grade in different fields of study of Tabriz city (N=9426). The sample size was 373 according to Morgan table. They were assessed by Petersburg Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQI), Hazen & Shaver Adult Attachment Questionnaire, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics methods (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM).
Results: The effects of avoidant and ambivalent attachment styles on depression, anxiety, and sleep problems were significant (beta coefficients were above 0.30). The indirect effects of avoidant and ambivalent attachment styles on sleep problems through depression and anxiety were significant (beta coefficients above 0.15).
Conclusion: Results demonstrated that there were significant relationships between avoidant, ambivalent insecure attachment styles and depression as well as anxiety. There was a significant relationship between depression, anxiety and sleep problems. Hence, depression and anxiety could mediate the relationship between avoidant, ambivalent insecure attachment styles and sleep problems.
