اثربخشی مداخله معنوی بر تاب آوری فردی و اجتماعی زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی

چکیده

مقدمه: مطالعات گذشته نشان داده است که خشونت ارتباط زیادى با تاب­آوری در افراد دارد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مداخله معنوی بر تاب آوری فردی و اجتماعی زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی بود.
روش: مطالعه حاضر یک تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون بود که بر روی زنان تحت پوشش کمیته امداد امام خمینی شهر شیراز در سال 1395 انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 40 نفر از زنان قربانی خشونت خانگی بود که به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (هر گروه 20 نفر). ابزار جمع­آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه­ تاب­آوری فرایبورگ و همکاران (RSA) بود. مداخله آموزشی در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای با روش بحث گروهی و توزیع جزوه آموزشی برگزار شد. 15 روز بعد از مداخله آموزشی، پس­آزمون برگزار گردید و داده­ها به روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مداخله­ی معنوی باعث افزایش معنادار میانگین نمرات تاب­آوری زنان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است. میانگین مؤلفه­های تاب­آوری فردی و اجتماعی نیز بطور معنادار افزایش  یافتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش باورهای مذهبی از طریق مداخله معنوی می تواند تاب­آوری فردی و اجتماعی زنان خشونت دیده را بهبود بخشد و برای آنان توصیه می شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Past research have been shown strong relationship for the resiliency and extent of the violency in individual. The aim of this study then was to examine the effectiveness of a Spiritual Intervention on the personal and social resiliency of women victims of domestic violence.
Method: This is a semi-experimental study with pretest and post-test design that was conducted with the participation of 60 women under the coverage of a charity centre (Komite-Emdad Emam) in the Shiraz city during 2017 year. The sample of study included 40 female victims of violence who were selected using an available sampling method and assigned randomly in the experimental and control group (n= 20). To collect data, demographic questionnaire and Friborg’s Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA) were used. The Spiritual Intervention was held in 8 sessions of 90 minutes with group discussion and distribution of educational pamphlets. 15 day after the intervention, the post-test was performed and data were analyzed using a Multivariate Analysis of Covariance )MANCOVA(.
Results: Results showed significant increased resiliency mean scores  of the women in experimental group compared to the control groupafter the Intervention.  Mean components of Personal and Social Resiliency also increased significantly.
Conclusion: Training religious beliefs by spiritual intervention could increase the individual and social resiliency of women victims of domestic violencePersonal and Social Resiliencyand is recommended for them.
