اثربخشی درمان راه‌حل‌مدار کوتاه مدت گروهی بر خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده

مقدمه: بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بیماری مزمن و خودایمنی است که با نشانگان فراوان و عوارض جسمی و روانی متعدد، میزان رضایت مبتلایان را نسبت به زندگیشان کاهش می­دهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان راه حل­مدار گروهی کوتاه مدت بر خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران زن مبتلا به ام.­اس شهر تهران بود.
روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش­آزمون – پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل با دوره­ی پیگیری دو ماهه بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه بیماران زن مبتلا به ام­.اس بودند که در سال 1394 به انجمن ام.­اس شهر تهران مراجعه کردند. ابتدا به صورت در دسترس 64 نفر از بیماران زن پرسشنامه­های خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی مربوط به بیماری ام­.اس را تکمیل کردند. از میان کسانی که نمره خودکارآمدی کمتری را کسب کرده بودند، 22 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه (11نفر گروه آزمایش و 11 نفر گروه کنترل) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که گروه درمانی راه حل مدار کوتاه مدت بر افزایش خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران اثرگذار است. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها در پیگیری دو ماهه نیز، تنها نشان از کارآمدی این درمان در متغیر خودکارآمدی داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: از درمان راه­حل­مدار کوتاه مدت به علت تأکید بر نقش خودگویی‌ها و انتقال تجارب موفقیت‌آمیز گذشته به زمان حال، می­توان برای افزایش خودکارآمدی و بهبودی کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به بیماری ام.اس استفاده کرد.

Introduction: Multiple sclerosis is considered as a chronic, autoimmune disease that its divers physical and psychological symptoms and drawbacks may decrease the patients’ life satisfaction. The aim of current study was to determine the efficacy of a group Brief Solution-focused Therapy (BSFT) on patients' quality of life and self-efficacy of MS women.
Method: The present research apllied a semi- experimental design with pre-post-test with 2 months follow-up period. Population of the study include all female MS patients referred to MS Association of Tehran. Firstly, 64 available patients completed Quality of Life and Self-Efficacy Questionnaires. Then, 22 patients with minimum self-efficacy scores were selected and randomly allocated to control and experimental groups.
Results: The results of a Multivariate Analysis of Covariance indicated that the BFS group therapy increased patients ' quality of life and self-efficacy mean sores in post-test stage. In the 2 months follow up period the efficacy means was still stable .
Conclusion: The Brief Solution-focused Therapy, could increase the MS patients' quality of lifves and self-efficacy due to emphasis on the role of private-speech and the transfer of successful past experiences to the present.
