اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر نشانگان افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال ملال جنسیتی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر نشانگان افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بر روی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال ملال جنسیتی انجام شده است.
روش: تحقیق حاضر از نوع مطالعات نیمه آزمایشی بر اساس طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه آزمایشی می‌باشد، جامعه آماری مطاله حاضر را کلیه بیماران دارای ملال جنسیتی زن که در نیمه دوم سال 1396 به مرکز انسیتو روان پزشکی شهر تهران مراجعه نموده و بر اساس مدارک پزشکی دارای اختلاال ملال جنسیتی بودند تشکیل می دهد که تعداد 30 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل گماشته شدند، و به مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس DASS-42 قبل و پس از مداخله درمانی ذهن آگاهی پاسخ دادند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل یافته های حاصل از آزمون کواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که تفاوت نمرات پس آزمون و پیش آزمون معنی دار می باشد (001/0 P=‌‌‌ ) و مداخله درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر کاهش میزان اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس بیماران دارای ملال جنسیتی موثر بوده است.
نتیجه گیری: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر کاهش نشانگان افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بیماران مبتلا به ملال جنسیتی موثر بوده و مراکز درمانی می توانند از برنامه های درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی برای کاهش افسردگی بیماران مبتلا به ملال جنسیتی بهره ببرند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:Today, a mindfulness-based treatment approach is one of the cognitive therapy methods that can affect the mental health of people with GDD.The aim of study has been evaluated the effectiveness of mindfulness therapy on the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress in patients with GDD.Method:The present study is a quasi-experimental study based on pre-test-post-test design with experimental group.The present statistical population is all patients with female GDD who recourse to Tehran Psychiatric Institute in the second half of 2017. And according to medical records, they had gender-based disorders, 30 of which were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups, and on a scale of depression, anxiety,DASS stress. They responded consciously before and after the intervention. Results: The results of analyzing the results of multivariate covariance test showed that the difference between post-test and pre-test scores is significant (P = 0.001) and mindfulness-based therapeutic intervention on reducing anxiety depression.And patients' stress has been affected by GDD.Conclusion: Data research show that mindfulness-based therapy is effective in reducing the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress in patients with gender boredom, and medical centers are mindfulness-based treatment programs to reduce depression in patients with GDD.
