اثربخشی برنامه‌ی درمان تلفیقی مثبت‌نگر بر بهزیستی روانشناختی سالمندان

چکیده

مقدمه: با روند شتابان سالمند شدن جهانی جمعیت، توجه به موضوع سلامتی و ارتباط آن با افزایش عمر ضروری به ‎نظر می‌رسد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی برنامه درمان تلفیقی مثبت‌نگر در بهزیستی روانشناختی سالمندان ایران است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی کمی‌نگر و نیمه‌آزمایشی بود که با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پیگیری در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی افراد بالای 60 سال مراجع کننده به یکی از سراهای محله در شهر تهران بودند. حدود 40 نفر از این جامعه که واجد ملاک‌های ورود بودند، به ‌صورت در دسترس در سرای محله واقع در خیابان شیخ‌هادی انتخاب شده و به ‌طور مساوی و به ‌صورت تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و کنترل، گمارده شدند. در این پژوهش از مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف فرم کوتاه استفاده شد. افراد در گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه 100 دقیقه‌ای، آموزش مبتنی بر یکپارچه‌نگری را دریافت نموده و گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکردند. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر یکپارچه‎نگری بر ارتقای بهزیستی روانشناختی در سالمندان تأثیر معناداری(001/0p <) داشته و میزان نمره بهزیستی روانشناختی در آنها را به ‌طور معناداری افزایش می‌دهد.
نتیجه‌گیری: می توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان تلفیقی مثبت‌نگر به سالمندان سبب افزایش بازدهی در جامعه و ارتقاء بهزیستی آنها می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Due to the accelerating global aging of the population, attention to the health issue and its relation to life expectancy seems necessary.The aim of this study was to study the effect of integrated educational program on psychological well-being in the elderly.
Method:This was a semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test and follow-up in control and experimental groups.The population of this study was all the more than 60 years old people in one of the districts in Tehran.From this population, 40 of these people had been selected based on random available sampling. All of these people were satisfied to participate in this study and had the standards to enter into this research.This 40 people were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, and each group consisted of 20 people. The measurement tool in this study was Ryff psychological well-being questionnaire, short form (1989).The people in experimental group went under 8 sessions (100 minutes) of integrated educational program intervention and the people in control group received no intervention.To analyze data, mean, standard deviation, and the analysis of covariance had been used and they were done using SPSS software.
Results:The results of this study showed that the integrated educational program can have significant effects on psychological well-being in the elderly of Tehran and this intervention can increase the average of psychological well-being in elderly.
Conclusion:It can be concluded that using integrated educational program in elderly, we can increase the elderly’s function in society and they will have a better psychological well-being and live easier.
