بررسی مشخصه های روان سنجی پرسشنامه بیش فعالی - کاستی توجه بزرگسالان

چکیده

هدف: در ابتدا اینگونه تصور می‌شد که اختلال بیش‌فعالی و کاستی توجه تنها در کودکان تشخیص‌گذاری می‌شود؛ اما امروزه نشان داده شده که این اختلال می‌تواند تا بزرگسالی ادامه پیدا کند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی مشخصه‌های روانسنجی پرسشنامه بیش‌فعالی/ کاستی توجه بزرگسالان لئونارد آدلر و همکاران بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشکده تربیت بدنی دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی بودند. جهت تجزیه‌ و ‌تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای آماری Spss نسخه 25 و R نسخه 3.6.2 استفاده شد. جهت بررسی آماری داده‌ها از رویکرد کلاسیک تحلیل آزمون و نظریه سوال – پاسخ (GRM) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بررسی روایی مربوط به محتوا، نشان‌دهنده هماهنگی محتوای ابزار اندازه‌گیری با هدف ابزار بود و همچنین نتایج مربوط به تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی سه عامل (تکانشگری، بیش فعالی و مشکلات تمرکز) را نشان دادو ضریب آلفا برای کل پرسشنامه، 79/0 و برای عامل‌ها بالای 65/0 به دست آمد. تحلیل‌های نظریه سوال پاسخ نشان داد تمامی گویه‌ها از مولفه‌ی تمیز مناسبی برخوردارند و همه گویه‌ها با عامل‌هایشان برازش مناسبی داشتند و دامنه آگاهی گویه‌ها در محدوده سطح صفت بین 2- تا 2، بیشترین آگاهی‌دهندگی و کمترین خطای اندازه‌گیری دارند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که این پرسشنامه با 14 گویه‌ و سه عامل جهت سنجش بیش‌فعالی و کاستی توجه بزرگسالان در جامعه دانشجویان ایرانی از شاخص‌های روانسنجی قابل قبولی برخوردار است و می‌توان از آن به عنوان ابزاری معتبر در پژوهش‌ها استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: Initially, it was thought that ADHD was diagnosed only in children; But today it has been shown that this disorder can continue into adulthood. The aim of this study was to Assessing the psychometric characteristics of Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder questionnaire by Leonard Adler et al. Method: The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population was the sample of students of the Faculty of Physical Education of Allameh Tabatabai University (128 individual). The content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated by 7 experts based on the content validity index. Spss statistical software version 25 and R version 3.6.2 were used to analyze the data. The Classical approach of test analysis and Item-response theory (GRM) was used to statistically analyze the data. Finding: The content validity study showed the coordination of the content of the measurement tool with the purpose of the tool and also the results of heuristic factor analysis showed three factors (impulsivity, hyperactivity and concentration problems) and The alpha coefficient for the whole questionnaire was 0.79. Analysis of Item Response Theoryshowed that all items had a good fit with their factors and the range of knowledge of items in the range of attribute level between 2- to 2, has the most awareness and the least measurement error. Conclusion: The results showed that this questionnaire with 14 items and three factors to measure adult hyperactivity and inattention in the Iranian student community has acceptable psychometric indices and can be used as a valid tool in research.
