اثربخشی آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر تنظیم هیجان و تحمل پریشانی در نمونه‌های غیر بالینی وسواس فکری - عملی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر تنظیم هیجان و تحمل پریشانی در نمونه ­های غیر بالینی وسواس فکری - عملی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات نیمه­ آزمایشی با طرح پیش ­آزمون و پس ­آزمون با گروه کنترل می­باشد. این پژوهش شامل 20 نفر نمونه غیر بالینی با علایم وسواس فکری - عملی بود که به صورت کاملا تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه­ ی مادزلی، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گروس و پرسشنامه تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر بود. مداخله انجام شده درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بود که طی هشت جلسه صورت گرفت. همچنین قبل از شروع جلسات هشت گانه یک جلسه جهت ارزیابی انجام گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها در سطح توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف معیار و در سطح استنباطی از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد که توسط نرم ­افزار spss21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که میان زیر مقیاس­های تنظیم هیجان، ارزیابی مجدد و سرکوبی و میان زیرمقیاس­ های تحمل پریشانی، تحمل پریشانی هیجانی، جذب شدن به وسیله ­ی هیجانات منفی، برآورد ذهنی پریشانی، تنطیم تلاش ­ها برای تسکین پریشانی بین دو گروه در مرحله ­ی پس ­آزمون تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت.
نتیجه ­گیری: درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن ­آگاهی می­تواند در تنظیم هیجان و تحمل پریشانی نمونه­ های غیر بالینی وسواس فکری - عملی مؤثر واقع شود.

Introduction: The persent study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Mindfulness Education on Emotion regulation and Distress Tolerance in sub Clinical Examples of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Method: The study was a quasi-experimental studies with pre-post test control group. This study included 20 non-clinical samples with symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder who were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The instruments used were Madsley Questionnaire, Gross Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, and Simmons and Gahr Distress Tolerance Questionnaire. The intervention was a mindfulness-based cognitive therapy that was performed in eight sessions. also There was an evaluation session before the eight sessions began. For analyzing the data, the descriptive level of mean and standard deviation and inferential level of multivariate covariance analysis were used. Which was analyzed by spss21 software.
Results: Results indicated That's among the emotion regulation subscales, re-evaluation and Repression and among the Distress Tolerance subscales, Tolerance of emotional distress, Being absorbed by negative emotions, Mental distress, Trying to relieve distress There was a significant difference between the two groups in the post-test.
Conclusion: Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy training can be effective on Emotion regulation and distress tolerance of non-clinical obsessive-compulsive samples.
