تاثیر آموزش خودشفقتی توجه‌آگاهانه مبتنی بر شیوه ‌زندگی اسلامی-ایرانی بر پریشانی روان‌شناختی و کارآمدی هیجانی بازماندگان سوگوار از بیماری کرونا

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مداخله برنامه خودشفقتی توجه‌آگاهانه مبتنی بر شیوه زندگی اسلامی-ایرانی بر پریشانی روان‌شناختی و کارآمدی هیجانی بازماندگان سوگوار از بیماری کرونا انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و دوره پیگیری سه ‌ماهه بود. جامعه‌آماری شامل بازماندگان سوگوار عزیزان از دست داده در طی بیماری کرونا در سال 1402 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 29 نفر بودند که‌ به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. گروه‌آزمایش به مدت شانزده جلسه هفتاد و پنج دقیقه‌ای در آموزش شرکت ‌کردند و گروه‌ کنترل در فهرست ‌انتظار‌ برای مداخله قرار گرفتند. سنجش پریشانی روان‌شناختی با مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS-21) و برای اندازه‌گیری خودکارآمدی هیجانی از مقیاس کارآمدی هیجانی-2 (EES2) استفاده‌ شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل‌واریانس با اندازه-گیری ‌مکرر استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل‌داده‌ها نشان داد که آموزش حاضر در کاهش شاخص‌های پریشانی روان‌شناختی و بر بهبود کارآمدی هیجانی تاثیر معناداری داشته (P≤0/001) و تغییرات‌ ایجاد شده در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین با توجه به یافته‌ها، نتیجه گرفته می‌شود که آموزش برنامه حاضر در کاهش پریشانی روان‌شناختی و کارآمدی هیجانی بازماندگان داغدار از فوت عزیزان به دلیل بیماری کرونا موثر است.

Introduction: The present study aims to investigate the Effectiveness of Mindful Self-compassion Training based on Islamic-Iranian Life Style on Psychological Distress and Emotional Efficacy in bereaved Survival of COVID-19.
Method: The research design was a semi-experimental study with pre-test, post-test and three months follow-up period. The population of the study was all bereaved survival of COVID-19 in 2023. The research sample included 29 person, which were selected through the purposeful sampling method. The experimental group participated in the training for 16 sessions (each session 75 minutes). To assess the psychological distress, Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21), and for emotional efficacy, Emotional Efficacy Scale (EES-2) were used. Analysis of the variance with repeated measures was used to analyze of data.
Results: The results showed that mindful self-compassion training based on Islamic-Iranian life style significantly reduced psychological distress and increased emotional efficacy (P <0.001) and changes stable in follow up period.
Conclusion: Therefore, based on the findings, it is concluded that the current program training was effective in decrease psychological distress and improved emotional efficacy in survival of COVID-19.
