اثربخشی سایکودراما با محتوای تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر تنظیم هیجانی و عملکرد اجتماعی انطباقی دختران نوجوان بدسرپرست

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی سایکودراما با محتوای تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر تنظیم هیجانی و روابط با همسالان در نوجوانان دختر بدسرپرست استان اصفهان انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های نیمه آزمایشی و طرح آن به صورت دو گروهی (گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل) همراه با سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری( یک ماهه) بود. جامعه آماری، کلیه دختران نوجوان بدسرپرست استان اصفهان در سال 1394 بود که از میان آن‌ها 22 نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های دشواری‌های تنظیم هیجانی(DERS) و مقیاس عملکرد اجتماعی- انطباقی کودک و نوجوان(CASAFS) استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پژوهش با روش تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره نشان دهنده تاثیر معنادار مداخله سایکودراما با محتوای تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر کاهش دسترسی محدود به راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی و همچنین بهبود روابط با همسالان، در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل بود.
نتیجه‌ گیری: به طور کلی  نتایج حاکی از آن بود که سایکودراما با محتوای تحلیل رفتار متقابل با اثربخشی بر فرآیند تنظیم هیجانات دختران نوجوان بدسرپرست موجب افزایش کارآمدی آنان در استفاده از راهبردهای موثر تنظیم هیجانی و در نتیجه بهبود روابط از جمله روابط با همسالان می‌گردد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of psychodrama with transactional analysis content on emotion regulation strategies and peer relationship in female adolescents with bad parenting in Isfahan.
Method: The study was applieda quasi-experimental designby experimental and control group and pre-test, post-test and follow-up paradigm. Statistical population was allfemaleadolescents with bad parenting in Isfahan city in the 2015.  A total sample of 22 girls were selected with an accessible sampling in the boarding house and then assigned randomly in experimental and control group. Emotion Regulation Difficulties Scale & Social-adaptive Functions Scales were administeredfor data collection. Data were then evaluated with a MANCOVA statistical analysis.
Results:Results were shown that psychodrama with transactional analysis content significantly decreased difficulties of emotion regulation strategies and improved peers relationship in post-test and follow-up in experimental group.
Conclusion: It could be concluded that psychodrama with transactional analysis contentcould positively affect emotion regulation processes in the female adolescent with bad parenting and may help adolescentsto use more efficient emotion regulation strategies which improves peer relationships.
