مقایسه اثر بخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری کلاسیک و درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر غنی سازی بر افسردگی و کیفیت زندگی در زنان افسرده

چکیده

مقدمه: زنان افسرده نسبت به زنان غیرافسرده فشار روانی و عواطف منفی بیشتری را تحمل می کنند و زندگیشان دستخوش تغییرات زیادتری است هدف این پـژوهش مقایسه اثر بخشی درمان غنی‌سازی ارتباطی و شناختی-رفتاری بر افسردگی و کیفیت زندگی در زنان افسرده بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمهآزمایشی ، پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زنان بودند که در سال 1396 برای درمان افسردگی به مراکز مشاوره شهر سنندج مراجعه کرده بودند که با روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. نمونه شامل 40 نفر از زنان افسرده بود که به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه غنی‌سازی، درمان شناختی- رفتاری و گروه کنترل، جایگزین شدند. در هر سه گروه پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی اجرا شد و داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل کورایانس چندمتغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: با وجود اینکه نتایج نشان دادند که هر دو روش تاثیر مطلوبی بر ارتقاءکیفیت زندگی زنان داشته اند، اما روش درمان غنی‌سازی نسبت به درمان شناختی- رفتاری تاثیر بیشتری داشت
نتیجه گیری: میتوان از رویکرد غنی‌سازی و درمان شناختی-رفتاری برای کاهش افسردگی و افزایش کیفیت زندگی در زنان افسرده استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Depressed women more tolerated stress and negative emotions than normal women and their lives changes are higher. The aim of this research was comparing the effectiveness of enhancement- based cognitive-behavioral therapy and classical cognitive-behavioral therapy on depression and quality of life in depressed women.
Method: This study is semi-experimental that using pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The population of this study included all women who were referred for treatment depression in year 2017 that selected by available sampling. The sample included 40 depressed women were randomly assigned in three groups of enhancement- based cognitive-behavioral therapy, classical cognitive-behavioral therapy and a control group. In all three groups depression and quality of life questionnaire was administered and data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis.
Results: The results showed that both classic cognitive-behavioral therapy and enrichment-based cognitive-behavioral therapy were effective in reducing depression and enhancing quality of life but there was no significant difference between the two treatments.
Conclusion: Classic and enrichment-based cognitive-behavioral therapies can be used to reduce depression and improve quality of life in depressed women.
