پیش‌بینی سازش‌ یافتگی بر اساس مثلث شناختی و باورهای غیر منطقی در بین زوجین

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی سازش یافتگی بر اساس مثلث شناختی و باورهای غیر منطقی در بین زوجین بود
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام زوج‌های جوان در شهر سمنان در سال 1399 بود که از آن میان به روش نمونه­ برداری تصادفی دو مرحله­ ای و داوطلبانه 382 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سازگاری زن و شوهر گراهام بی اسپنیر، پرسشنامه مثلث شناختی بکهام و همکاران و پرسشنامه باورهای غیر منطقی اهواز بود. تحلیل داده­ ها به روش تحلیل مسیر از نوع مدل­ یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد.
یافته­ ها: مدل­ یابی روابط ساختاری میان متغیرهای مثلث شناختی و باورهای غیرمنطقی با سازش یافتگی زناشویی به صورت مستقیم برازندگی خوبی نشان داد. ضریب مسیر مستقیم بین مثلث شناختی و سازش یافتگی زناشویی منفی و معنادار بود (001/0 =P). همچنین ضریب مسیر مستقیم بین باورهای غیر منطقی و سازش یافتگی زناشویی منفی و معنادار بود (001/0 =P).
نتیجه­ گیری: باورهای غیر منطقی درباره رابطه زوجی که از الگوهای فکری منفی و تحریف شده ناشی می­شود و خطاهای کلی در تفکر که حاصل ادراکات تحریف شده هستند، موجب خشم، افسردگی، جر و بحث مداوم و ناسازگاری با همسر می گردد. از این منظر شناسایی و پرداختن به عوامل مذکور، درک عمیق­تری از سازش یافتگی زناشویی ارائه می­نماید. پیشنهاد می­ گردد متخصصین در یک بستر درمانی مؤثر به متغیرهای مذکور در قالب پروتکل­های درمانی بپردازند.
