اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مثبت نگر بر نشانگان افت روحیه زنان، با تجربه کووید-19

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر برسی اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مثبت­ نگر در کاهش نشانگان افت روحیه زنان بیمار مبتلا به کووید-19 بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه­ آزمایشی با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بهمراه پیش­ آزمون – پس­ آزمون می­باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زنان 25 تا 45 ساله­ای که در فاصله زمانی مهر تا دی ماه 1399 به دلیل ابتلا به کووید-19 در درمانگاه پنجم آذر سمنان مراجعه داشته ­اند از این میان تعداد 30 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. دو گروه در دو مرحله پیش ­آزمون و پس­ آزمون به پرسشنامه افت روحیه (DS)، پاسخ دادند و گروه آزمایش نیز بین دو مرحله، آموزش شناخت درمانی مثبت­ نگر را به صورت آنلاین دریافت کردند.
یافته ­ها: برای تحلیل آماری از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره (MANCOVA) و تحلیل کواریانس (ANCOVA) استفاده شد. تحلیل آماری نشان داد که مداخله شناخت درمانی مثبت­ نگر به کاهش معنادار مؤلفه­ های بی­ معنایی، یأس، احساس ملالت، احساس درماندگی و احساس شکست و نمره کل افت روحیه در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است.
نتیجه­ گیری: شناخت درمانی مثبت­ نگر باعث کاهش نشانگان افت روحیه زنان بیمار مبتلا به کووید-19 گردید، در نتیجه استفاده از این روش می­تواند در کاهش برخی مشکلات روانشناختی این بیماران مؤثر باشد.

Abstract
Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of positive cognitive therapy in reducing mood swings in women with Covid-19 experience.
Method: The present study is a quasi-experimental study (experimental group and control group with pre-test and post-test). The statistical population of this study is all women aged 25-45 years who were infected with Covid virus between October and January 2020. Patients were referred to the 5th of Azar clinic in Semnan. Among them, 30 people were selected by voluntary sampling and randomly assign into two groups of experimental and control. The two groups answered the  Demoralization scale  (DS) in two stages of pre-test and post-test, and the experimental group received positive cognitive therapy training between the two stages.
Results: Multivariate Analysis of Covariance (MANCOVA) and Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) were used for statistical analysis. Statistical analysis showed that the positive cognitive therapy intervention significantly reduced the components of meaninglessness, despair, boredom, helplessness and failure and the total score of low mood in the experimental group compared to the control group.
Conclusion: Positive cognitive therapy reduced the symptoms of depression in women with Covid-19 virus, so the use of this method can be effective in reducing some of the psychological problems of these patients.
