ذهنی سازی والدینی و تنظیم هیجان: اعتباریابی و پایایی سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه کنش وری بازتابی والدین

چکیده
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش پایایی و اعتبار نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه کنش وری بازتابی والدین (PRFQ) انجام گرفت.
روش:به این منظور پرسشنامه پس از آماده سازی به روش ترجمه و ترجمه مجدد، به همراه پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ) و پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان (DERS)، توسط 308 والد (233 زن و 75 مرد) دارای فرزند زیر سه سال، در شهر تهران تکمیل شد. برای استخراج نتایج، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و همبستگی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: دامنه آلفای کرونباخ برای سه زیر مقیاس پرسشنامه شامل، "پیش ذهنی سازی"، "اطمینان از حالت ذهنی" و "علاقه و کنجکاوی به حالات ذهنی" به ترتیب 90/0، 89/0 و 75/0 بود. پایایی باز‌آزمایی با دامنه همبستگی92/0 تا 97/0، نیز نشان دهنده پایایی مطلوب این مقیاس بود. در بررسی اعتبار سازه سه زیر‌مقیاس به‌دست آمد که معادل سه زیر مقیاس در نسخه اصلی بودند. همه زیرمقیاس های دشواری در تنظیم هیجان، با زیرمقیاس " علاقه و کنجکاوی به حالات ذهنی" همبستگی منفی معنادار داشتند و بیشتر زیرمقیاس های دشواری در تنظیم هیجان، با دو زیر مقیاس دیگر کنش وری بازتابی والدین، همبستگی مثبت معنی دار داشتند که بیانگر اعتبار همگرا و واگرای مطلوب مقیاس است.
نتیجه گیری:در نهایت می‌توان گفت نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه کنشوری بازتابی والدین دارای پایایی و اعتبار مطلوب است و می تواند در مطالعات در نمونه ایرانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Abstract
Introduction: The present study aimed at determining the reliability and validity of the Persian translation of Parental Reflective Functioning Questionnaire (PRFQ; Luyten, Mayes, Nijssens, & Fonagy, 2017).
Method: Therefore, the Persian version of the scale prepared by translation and back translation the original questionnaire, and after a pilot study, was completed by 308 parents (233 female and 75 male) who had children under three-years-old in Tehran, accompanied with General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28; Goldberg, 1972) and Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS; Gratz and Roemer, 2004).
Results: Cronbach's alpha for three subscales, “pre-mentalizing mode”, “certainty about mental states” and “interest & curiosity in mental states” were 0/90, 0/89 and 0/79 prospectively. Three subscales achieved in construct validity that was equal to the original version. All subscales of DERS had significantly negative correlation with “interest & curiosity in mental states” and most of subscales had significantly positive correlation with “pre-mentalizing mode”, “certainty about mental states” which confirms the convergent and divergent validity of PRFQ.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that the Persian version of this scale has good validity and reliability and can efficiently use in studies with Iranian sample.
