مقایسه اثربخشی زوج درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب با آموزش زوج درمانی با مدل EIS بر تعارضات زناشویی، انعطاف پذیری کنشی و دلزدگی زناشویی در زنان نابارور در دوران قرنطینه ناشی از بیماری کووید-19

چکیده

روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه زنان دارای مشکل ناباروری مراجعه کننده به مطب های متخصصین زنان و زایمان سطح شهر کرمانشاه تشکیل می دهند. 120نفر از این افراد (40نفر تحت آموزش زوج درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب، 40نفر تحت آموزش زوج درمانی با مدل EIS و 40 نفر هم گروه گواه) به عنوان نمونه مشخص می گردد که این تعداد با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب خواهند شد. ملاک ورود آزمودنی ها به این پژوهش شامل دامنه سنی 30 تا 40 سال، داشتن حداقل سابقه 5سال نازایی و عدم توانایی باروری داشته اند، ملاک خواهد بود. ازمقیاس های تعارضات زناشویی (MCQ-R)، انعطاف پذیری کنشی کانر و دیویدسون (2003)، پرسشنامه دلزدگی زناشویی (CBM) و آموزش زوج درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب و زوج درمانی مدل EIS (همدلی، صمیمیت، رضایت جنسی) استفاده شد. داده ها توسط آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شد. ننتایج نشان داد بین اثربخشی زوج درمانی مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب و آموزش زوج درمانی EIS بر تعارضات زناشویی و مولفه های آن، دلزدگی زناشویی و انعطاف پذیری کنشی زنان نابارور تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشته است (05/0>p) و آموزش زوج درمانی با مدل EIS میزان اثربخشی بیشتری بر متغیرهای مورد بررسی داشته است
