اثربخشی درمان فراشناختی بر پریشانی روانشناختی و سندرم شناختی- توجهی همسران بیماران مبتلا به تومور مغزی

چکیده

مقدمه: انسان ها طی دوران زندگی با طیف گسترده ای از اختلالات جسمی روبرو هستند که برخی از این اختلالات جسمی، منجر به مشکلات روانشناختی در فرد و اطرافیان می گردد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان فراشناختی بر پریشانی روانشناختی و سندرم شناختی- توجهی همسران بیماران مبتلا به تومور مغزی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش را همسران بیماران مبتلا به تومور مغزی ساکن شهر تبریز در سال 1399 تشکیل داد. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 30 نفر بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله جایگزین شدند. همسران گروه مداخله 8 جلسه 45 تا 60 دقیقه ای از درمان فراشناختی برخوردار گردیدند. داده ها با استفاده از مقیاس سندرم شناختی- توجهی (CAS-1) و پریشانی روانشناختی کسلر، قبل و یک هفته بعد از مداخله جمع آوری و با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری و در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین گروه های آزمایش و کنترل بعد از مداخله در متغیرهای سندرم شناختی- توجهی با حجم اثر 97% و پریشانی روانشناختی با حجم اثر 82% تفاوت معناداری (0.01>p ) وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تأثیر درمان فراشناختی در بهبود سندرم شناختی- توجهی و پریشانی روانشناختی همسران بیماران مبتلا به تومور مغزی، اجرای مداخلات فراشناختی می تواند زمینه را برای بهبود روان شناختی این افراد فراهم نماید.
