اثربخشی آموزش ذهنی سازی بر ظرفیت ذهنی سازی و رضایت زناشویی در متاهلین ایرانی ناراضی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیرآموزش مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی بر ارتقاء ظرفیت ذهنی‌سازی و رضایت زناشویی در افراد متاهل ناراضی ایرانی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر در چارچوب طرح‌های آزمایشی تک موردی قرار می‌گیرد. شرکت‌کنندگان در این مطالعه 3 فرد متاهل و دانشجو دانشگاه تربیت مدرس بودند. هر سه شرکت‌کننده دوره آموزش مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی را در طول 12 جلسه 1ساعت و 30دقیقه‌ای سپری کردند. هر یک از شرکت کننده‌ها 9 مرتبه (سه مرتبه خط پایه، پنج مرتبه طی آموزش و یک دوره پیگیری یک ماهه) به وسیله‌ی مقیاس-های ذهنی‌سازی، رضایت زناشویی و کارکردتاملی ارزیابی شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل دیداری درون و برون موقعیتی داده-ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد آموزش مبتنی بر ذهنی‌سازی بر ارتقاءظرفیت ذهنی‌سازی با ضریب تاثیر 36/0 و سطح معناداری (05/0 P<) و بر رضایت زناشویی با ضریب تاثیر 85/0 و سطح معناداری (05/0 P<) مؤثر است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت بسیاری از تعارض‌های ارتباطی زوجین ، ناشی از نقص در ظرفیت ذهنی‌سازی و هشیارسازی زوجین در جریان آموزش در کاهش این تعارض‌ها بسیار مؤثر است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر استفاده از آموزش‌های روانشناختی ذهنی‌سازی در الگوهای ارتباطی متاهلین ناراضی ایرانی تأکید دارد.
