کوید-19 و اضطراب مادران مراقب کودکان مبتلا به کم‌توانی عقلانی شدید و عمیق: اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان

چکیده

مقدمه: کوید-19 منجر به مشکلات روان‌شناختی زیادی در جامعه شده است. این بیماری می‌تواند موجب مشکلات روان‌شناختی از جمله اضطراب در مادران مراقب کودکان دارای کم‌توانی عقلانی شدید و عمیق شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر علائم اضطراب در مادران مراقب کودکان کم‌توان عقلانی عمیق و شدید در دوره کوید-19 بود.
روش‌: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کل مادران مراقب کودکان کم‌توان عقلانی شدید و عمیق شهرستان رزن تشکیل دادند (88=N). برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه اضطراب بک استفاده شد. در این پژوهش 26 نفر از مادران دارای شدت علائم اضطراب در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. برای گروه آزمایش آموزش تنظیم هیجان در 8 جلسه آموزش داده شد و گروه کنترل در حین جلسات آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کواریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر استفاده شد.
یافته‌‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که 72/72 درصد مادران مراقب کودکان مبتلا به کم‌توانی عقلانی شدید و عمیق اضطراب متوسط تا شدید و 22/60 درصد اضطراب شدید داشتند. نتایج تحلیل کواریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر نشان داد که آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر کاهش اضطراب مادران مراقب کودکان دارای کم‌توانی عقلانی شدید و عمیق در دوره کوید-19 اثربخش بوده است )05/0>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، آموزش تنظیم هیجان برای کاهش علائم اضطراب مادران مراقب کودکان دارای کم‌توانی عقلانی شدید و عمیق پیشنهاد می‌شود.

COVID-19 and Anxiety in Caregiver Mothers of Children with Severe and Profound intellectual disabilities: The effectiveness of Emotion Regulation Training

چکیده [English]

introduction: COVID-19 has led to high prevalence of anxiety in population. this disease can cause anxiety in caregiver mothers of children with severe and profound intellectual disabilities. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of emotion regulation training on anxiety symptoms of caregiver mothers of children with severe and profound intellectual disabilities in outbreak of COVID-19.
Method: The research method was quasi-experimental with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of this study consisted of all Caregiver mothers of children with severe and profound intellectual disabilities in Razan city (n=88). Beck Anxiety Inventory was used to collect data. In this study, 26 mothers with severe symptoms of anxiety were randomly replaced in the experimental and control groups. The emotion regulation was trained for experimental group in 8 sessions, and the control group did not receive any training during the sessions. Analysis of covariance with repeated measures was used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that 72.72% of caregiver mothers of children with severe and profound intellectual disabilities had moderate to severe anxiety and 60.22% had severe anxiety. Results of analysis of covariance with repeated measures showed that the emotion regulation training was effective in reducing anxiety in caregiver mothers of children with severe and profound intellectual disabilities in outbreak of COVID-19 (p <0.05).
Conclusion: According to the results, the emotion regulation training to reduce anxiety of caregiver mothers of children with severe and profound mental disabilities is recommended.
